Pretty simple, for stating; most people will do all intelligence or you can put first 10 points to vit and then all intel after - items will be like this; Staff or dagger - with the highest intelligence you can get [upgrade after some levels if you need to for more int], robe with as much int also [again upgrade if needed], and offensive charms with as much Enhanced effect as affordable. In the mid-high levels, a good heal charm with ee will also be recommended. As for the charms it's up to preference, many will choose earth or ice for consistent damage - but it's all up to you. Same goes for the heal charm. That's pretty much it! Here's a few guides to help you out:

I like doing 5 vit, 5 int to start. That gives you a small cushion against big crits but still makes it so you have enough mana to almost always kill the well monster.

Other than that.
1. INT weapons ~ 35+ on MQ gear
2. INT armors ~ 35+ on MQ gear
3. EE charms(heal and damage) ~ 120+ on MQ charms

Those would be the minimums I'd shoot for, but higher if you want to win a very high % of the wells.
