If you're going softcore most people do all intelligence stats, and if you're going hardcore people recommend the first 10 stats to vitality then all int. As for the items you would of course need the best and highest intelligence dagger/staff
and robe that you can get. Also the highest EE charm that you can get. Ice/Earth is the most preffered from what I have seen but it's up to you which type you would want. A good heal charm is also good to have Check out these guides
