Trust me, lvl 65+ (or even 60+) isn't the same shit that low lvls, and I think you'll need dex then :-/

Do you mean axes have a lesser chance of getting a critical strike?
Or just that crits with an axe do less dmg than crits with a sword (in which case it doesn't make sense because wouldn't the average be the same?)
