Decent guide overall, woulda been beter if you make it for all 4 classes since the build-up is pretty much the same.

Lvl 25:
Now i want to tell you what i use from lvl 25 - 55.
Armor: +20 dexterity, 20-80 defense.
Charm: + 19 dexterity.

If you can Items similar or better you'll do fine to lvl 55.

Weapon: you want to get a lvl 25 weapon with 50 EE... You can go with 70EE and use the same weapon to 35.
