i just remember in highschool weightlifting class having a checklist with different weights every week and if we completed them the weights went up. now i can't seem to find anything like that (and that was like 10 years ago lol)

...goal = to stop popping my belly when i wear tight clothes that fit a year ago, or maybe just to look in the mirror with my shirt off and say, "ya that looks good"

i just finished day 3 and i can't hardly fucking move so i guess it's working fine...

 20 Medball Full Sit + Toss #cfitmedballfullsittoss

 40 Medball Russian Twist #cfitmedballrussiantwist

 20 Med Ball Leg Raises X2 #cfitmedballlegraise

 Light Dumbbell Flys- 3 sets of 15 reps

#cfitdbfly

 Barbell Bench Press- 1 set of 10 reps warm up set, followed by 4 sets of 6 reps

#cfitbarbellbench

 Mid Cable Flys / Married Cable Press- 3 sets of 15

(This is a superset; you will do your 15 reps of Mid Cable Flys, followed by your married

cable presses. Rest then repeat this process for 2 more sets)

#cfitmidcableflys #cfitmarriedcablepress

 Barbell Incline Press- 4 sets of 8 reps

#cfitbbinclinepress

 Seated Low Dumbbell Flys- 3 sets of 15 reps

#cfitseatedlowdbflys

 Weighted or Bodyweight Dips- 3 sets of 10 reps

that was day 1, i kinda like this thing... i cant finish everything with even the lightest of weights but thats why i'm doing this shit...
it's a different workout every day 6 days a week for 8 weeks and they got cool little instagram videos that show a total noob like me how to do everything

I follow a couple different workout plans from these two bros that call themselves the 'Buff Dudes'... they are starting to get pretty popular in the fitness world

They have a pretty solid 12 week workout plan that I think is pretty good if you're just getting back into the gym after a 'vacation'
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1wKNMdFGnTiLWVZU0JUWjEzRzQ/edit

They have a shit ton of YouTube videos for just about every workout if you're unsure on technique and what the actual workout is, and then BJ Gaddour of Men's Health posts a bunch of solid workout routines and shit.
He's been recently adding a bunch of different crossfit workouts too.
