Hey Raynor!

I wonder if Creatine is worth takinĀ“ if you want to go ''further'' with bodybuilding / training?

I am currently just taking Whey proteinpowder.

I mean is it worth start to take Creatine? I don't have that much money when studying, but well - I can afford that. :)

Thanks in advance!

Yes it is! I recommend SciFit Kre Alkalyn 1500. Take 2 pre workout and 2 post workout. If you are not working out, you will take 2 in the morning and 2 at night

1. Yes this is correct.
2. About 1 minute between sets and 2 minutes between exercises
3. conserve energy and do abs at the end after a 15 minute break.
4. depends, 5 lbs may be too much or too little...however you can try that approach.

for 4. is there a proper approach to increasing the weight each week? or do you just go by feel?

This week i started your 5x5 plan. i use the gym at work which is somewhat limited. a few things missing: cables (cable rows, cable crossovers, etc) and decline bench. how can i compensate for this?

i do have a smith bench press machine, flat bench, incline bench, ez bar, olympic bar, barbell, freeweights, squat rack, and the rest i think. i can upload pics of all the machines i have if that would help you give advice

Generally you can go by feel, but 2.5-5.0% is usually a good figure

You can replace cable rows with bent over BB rows OR t-bar rows (if available).

You can replace cable crossovers with DB flies either incline or flat (just add to the existing ones you are doing)

You can replace decline bench with DB pullovers and/or wide dips

No that is not how to do MY version of the 5x5. Working up to it causes more trauma to the muscles and can result in better gains.

Not good. Your body only processes a portion of the egg white albumin. You have to cook eggs to get the 100% full protein benefit.
