Hey buddy,

You could be around the 2,200 cals range...which gives you THIS as the absolute perfect diet. In 4 weeks you can lose upwards of 10-12 lbs of fat.

You MUST follow all directions in that diet to the "T"

You may have to read it several times, but keto is the BEST way to go for this.

Ok i love the sound of this but is there a next best thing? Im home for the sumner and even tho im 20 my rents have a stupid habit of
Monitoring what i eat its silly but they get concerned and shit

Will def do when im at school and fill the fridge with what i need to

Hey man:

My supervisor wants to loose weight, no she is not heavy by any means, she's incredibly fit, she's a trainer, class instructor, runner but her diet sucks: Hydroxycut isn't working for her.

She gets up at 5:00 a.m. every morning as a start to first meal.

Could use a cutting diet plan to shed fat. Roughly estimate: 5'7'' 130-140 lbs

So im going out with a bang this weekend (2nd and final competition)

And of course will be rewarding myself with some delicious post contest eats saturday night.

One thing im scared of is after my last competition my stomach hurt so damn badly I was rolling on the ground in a fetal position for atleast an hour. (Weird thing was I didnt eat THAT much)

My question: Could/should I take anything before hand to avoid this f'n feeling again? Lol it hurt so bad I dont ever want to feel that way again. (Eating less is not an option :P kidding )

( should be buying some forum gold this week and you will definetly be getting a big donation asoon as i get round too buying it )

Ive put on around half a stone since ive been bulking 12.5 ( 175lbs ) probably looking too bulk till around 13-13.5 then cut and tone up as much as possible.. but atm during the bulking stage since ive been putting on weight im starting too put weight on my hips and on the side of my abs.. and im looking pretty curvy :P is there any good exercise i can do too stop this? i know its natural too do when ur putting on weight and not doing cardio but i hate it.

oh yeah im not sure if u remember i posted about 2 weeks ago about not being able too take deep breaths?
i went too the docs like you suggested and basicly it seems i have a tiny hole in my lung what some of the air is escaping and not allowing me too use my full lung capacity.. just thought id keep you informed!.

Try some NOW! digestive enzymes and maybe even BSN Cheaters Relief

Also try to eat the food more SLOWLY than you normally would lol

Hey there.

in order to prevent the increased fat gain, decrease your daily calories by around 500 per day. So for example if you are eating 3,000 cals a day reduce it to 2,500 cals a day. If you have the exact diet you are following, post it to me and I will make modifications to avoid the fat gain.

Interesting to hear about your lung...what was the prognosis?

i haven't really got a meal plan i really need too put one together too be honest.
don't suppose you could help me out with 1?

basicly ive got too go the hospital and there's a few things methods too sort it out what we are going too discuss but she mentioned one very briefly too me what's basicly injecting my lung and drawing out the trapped air what has escaped from my lung and whats blocking it from taking the deep breaths

she said i shouldn't train but sod that :P ive had this problem a while now and its not made it hard for me in anyway at the gym ^^
