hey bruthaaa

Im giving more thought to my post contest strength/mass routine. (which Ill b starting in like 2wks)

Whats a set/rep/% strength/mass scheme to do for the main compound lifts? ( Bench/squat/deadlift/military)

For example 2x10 reps @ 25% 1rm, 2x5 reps @ 75%, 2x1-3 reps @ 90%

Thanks

Not trolling but is it ok to use a blender and grind up 3/4 pound of cooked chicken breast with lemon water, then just chug it down without tasting it?
Not that I would do this now, but i think If i keep eating chicken breast everyday for a long time, I'll probably get so bored that I dont want to have anymore.

Hey man.  My buddy started hitting the gym with me this week.  I tried to get him to go less volume than I.  He's never seriously lifted.  He refused and now he has hurt himself.  The kid can't even lift his arms to jog after chest/ light tris.  His elbow is swolen pretty big.  Should we be concerned or is the inflammation not something to worry about?  Obviously he realizes he can't do what I do next week or whenever.  He's a little freaked.

RICE.

Rest Ice Compression Elevation.

In addition he can try ibuprofen as needed. No lifting or jogging or anything like that until his elbow swelling goes down.

If it gets worse after 24 hours of RICE, go to the ER

Hey, do you have any immediate tips as to solving sensitive teeth cause by citric acid wear.

I don't usually get this problem, unless I eat a fuck load of citrus...but the other day I was having a pre supp. and I was swishing it around a lot in my mouth over about 15 minutes. Well, I have had problem biting down since and brushing my teeth fucking kills so Sensodyne isn't doing much for me atm..

Anyways, any suggestions that would help get them less sensitive, VERY fast?

Immediately discontinue citrus/citric acid products. In addition you need to use sensodyne pronamel directly on your teeth with a bare finger, don't use a brush. Apply it, let it sit for around 5-10 minutes, and then gargle with salt water.

If this doesn't help after about 1 week...please see a dentist.

Cytogainer is the best in my opinion.

I have used with many hardgainer clients to great success.

I personally love all veggies...

you can try:

Kale, collard greens, escarole, dandelions, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, green beans, asparagus, green peppers, beet greens, turnips, broccoli rab (rappini), zucchini, mustard greens, celery, bok choy, and cabbage. There are many more, but those should get you started.

For pure strength and mass, I always recommend 5x5. or 3x5.

here is my 5x5 guide:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=345300636
5x5 plan

Only follow the 5x5 for your major exercises you listed...the rest you can stick to volume for your current goals.

3x5 is mostly for novices...which you are not.

the 5x5 is much better imho.
