Hi Raynor,

before and efter every workout I do 20 minutes of HIIT. Will that burn too much muscle during a cut? After doing this I realized that a lot of my lifts had decreased during my workout. I try to keep my workouts intense with less than 20 seconds of rest between sets and two minutes of rest between exercises. Sets of 12 10 8

e/ on my off days (sat and sun) I was thinking of doing HIIT on sat.

Is it better to train 1h at once or 2x 30min sessions? Because I do 30min when I wake up and 30min once im back from school.

it depends, both are good...but 1 hr in a row is typically better for total calorie burning and mass building

You really do deserve that trusted tag man. Good job.

I have another question.

Can/should women use Gat Jet Fuel? Or is there another fat burner you reccommend?

How is this for a days meals:

3 eggs with low salt cheddar cheese on two pieces of wheat toast (take 2x Now Adam 1x gel cap here)

Workout arms for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then light cardio for 20 minutes since my ankles and knees have been bothering me for some reason.

1 Muscle milk (12oz) with strawberries

2 small pieces of steak some brocalli, and a baked potatoe with low salt cheddar cheese and sour cream

1 and 1/2 cans of tuna with olive oil mayonaise on two pieces of wheat bread with a whole medium sized tomatoe and 2 slices of cheese, and about 12 cherries.

1 muscle milk (12oz) with fruit, and some almonds.

1 cup cottage cheese with blueberries (Take NOW Adam 1x gel cap here)

Whats the difference between GAT JetFUEL PYRO, 120 Liqui-Caps and regular GAT Jet Fuel?

Thanks so much. and congrats again.

Hey there. Thanks a lot, I appreciate the nice words =)

OK, the diet looks great for bulking...very good stuff.

Jet fuel can in fact be used for women, I recommend they take it, but instead of 3 caps, do 1-2 caps depending on weight, usually 2 caps.

Lastly, I have never used Jet Fuel Pyro...however I did some research on it a while ago and found that regular Jet Fuel seems to be a better product. Stick to the usual =)

Ah, I haven't really been asked about vascularity in a while, I will throw together a...

VASCULARITY GUIDE:

First of all, to improve vascularity takes several things - lower bodyfat, lower water retention, hypertrophy style workouts (lots of pumping and failure), and vasodialating supplements.

1. To lower bodyfat, either go on a cutting cycle, or simply make some minor adjustments in your diet if you are already on the lower BF side.

You can follow these 15 simple tips to start off with:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=335587138

2.

For lowering your amount of water retention, make sure you are taking in at least 2x to every 1x of sodium, and 1x of magnesium and 1x calcium to every 1x sodium. That means, if you take in 2,000 mg of sodium per day, take in 4,000 mg potassium, 2,000 mg calcium, and 2,000 mg magnesium.
In addition, keep sodium on the lower side, try not to go above 2,000mg per day.

Moreover, you want to make sure that you drink PLENTY of water every day. The more water you drink (within reason) will allow your body to flush itself of resting water and toxins to an extent. I recommend taking down at least 1.5 gallons of water per day (spring water preferred).

In addition, diuretics like celery, parsley, asparagus, artichokes, melons, tea, and coffee all help you purge your body of excess water.

3.

For hypertrophy style workouts, please see these:

Remember, the more you flex and stretch post workout and before bed the better...it keeps the blood flowing to the muscles and increases vascularity.

4.

Vasodialating supplements are a GREAT idea.

The best way to achieve this is through Arginine + Ornithine Supplementation (and to a lesser extent lysine). I recommend taking around 4g of arginine 3x per day on an empty stomach (one pre-workout, once post workout, and one before bed). NOW! Arginine + Ornithine gets the job done.

Alternative, you can take http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sf/nit.html Alternatively you can take ph buffered arginine which is nitrox II by scifit. This is an excellent product and should be taken 2x softgels pre-workout and 2x softgels pre-bedtime.

I hope that helps, you will have epic vascularity if you follow my guide perfectly. If a certain muscle group lacks vascularity, flex and pump it more and more and watch the changes over time.

20 pre and post HIIT will not mess with your strength too much. What's messing with your strength is the lack of calories, carbs, and speed of your regular workout. This is TOTALLY normal on a cut. The moment you go back to a bulk you will notice the immediate strength rebound within 1 week

Hey there.

Please avoid posting any answers/suggestions in this thread. This sticky is reserved for questions and comments directed at myself (or sometimes 7ds). The reason no one else on here can answer questions is for several reasons:

1. Avoids confusion - we do not know who's credentials are what, and we certainly do not know everyone's past history.

2. Avoids problems - - bad advice can be given that could irreversibly cause someone damage.

3. Avoids conflicts - Some people agree with some things, others don't. This is not a thread to argue. This is a thread for people to get rapid responses to health and fitness questions from a professional.

Please don't take this the wrong way, I have posted this probably 40-50 times since the beginning of this thread.

Thank you very much for your cooperation, I appreciate it =)
