should i rest on the HIIT if im getting like instant shin splints?
Thinking of taking 3-4 days off running with a compression sleeve, testing it out after those 4 days, and then giving it another 3-4 if it's not where i want it

Will shin splints ever go away permanently?

Hey there.

yes you can do that....I usually just fight through it myself...as this generally helps calcify the shins....try the sleeves and try the rest and maybe even ice it and elevate it. (RICE method)

they never really go away permanently...but eventually calcify to the point where you no longer notice it.

Hey,

I have serious problems with falling asleep before 1 am or so, I can't seem to do it. When I just go to bed at 10 or so, I simply can't sleep and get irritated by it and end up getting out of my bed again until it's 1 or 2 am -_- !

What can I try!? Sleeping pills are probably not good, but I could try it?

My sleeping pattern always has been like this.. I go out about twice a week, which is probably horrible as well.. sigh..

Any tips? :P

hey there.

I too have the same issue - everyone has a natural body clock that sometimes differs from the accepted norms of society.

try these:

what the best routine for str and size
im gonna be on cycle so i shouldnt have any worry about overtraining, so what the best split
im assuming 5x5

Hey man.

It's a combination of 5x5 with hypertrophy. Can't do to much of one thing or else you will hit a wall. Figure 3 months of each:

read the hypertrophy plan...the reason you are alternating from 1 muscle group per day vs 2 per day is because of how the body works.

If you do something too often, the body will get way too used to your training and hit a wall.

Strength is best trained as ONE major muscle group per day.

Size is best trained as TWO muscle groups per day

Rotate 5x5 with hypertrophy every 3 months for maximum benefits
