Sorry for the barrage of questions, but I heard its better to stretch after you work out, than before you work out. Rational is it will be easier to tear a muscle while working out if they are already stretched.



the softgels are just more expensive than the tablets...only reason why I recommend the tablets - however the softgels may have better absorption, so the extra money MAY be worth it =)

anyway, yes it is BETTER to stretch AFTER a workout and intra-workout rather than before.

Hey Raynor,

I have been reading around for help on nutrition and work out guides about getting big but doing it in a way were you stay lean.

A little about me. I'm 19, live in Florida and come from a hard working middle class family. I wrestled 2 full years and one summer season in high school but had to quit due to injuries.
1 year later i am finally starting to lift hard again to stay in shape for the navy.
Just need a little help with dieting and knowledge to get the best results in these 8 months i have left till Basic.

I am currently taking a ON after max protein sup, Creatine mono from NSI, N.O from Amp (lame GNC brand i got sucked into when i didn't know anything about sups. and spent to much money on it), Nsi multi vitamin, and
fish oil gel capsules.

I was wondering if you could spend a little time with me and devise a work out plan around a 4 day schedule, and stuff i can eat as meals and snacks through out the day.


In advance I want to thank you for taking time out of your day to read and if you decide help me with my request.

Thanks Raynor,

So should i start with the 5x5 work out plan first and cycle it with the hypertrophy, or how does that work. Like 2 months 5x5 1 month hyper 2 month 5x5 1 month hyper???

Also was wondering what does the grape juice do to help with taking creatine?

Also for the 5x5 plan how many different work outs should you do per day? you have 4-5 listed then a bunch of others listed below each plan. should i stick to 5 or do more?

Hey Raynor, do you really think the "perfect pushup" is worth its weight in gold? Right now, im just doing this routine to raise my numbers

x10 tri pushups
x10 normal pushups
x10 wide pushups
rinse and repeat till failure..

I think thats a good way of doing it, but I have people telling me that if I start using the perfect pushup, it'll blow my numbers up... I can only do like 28-30 consecutivly before im panting and my shoulders hurt..

If any of these contradict one another that d be nice to know too thanks. For example the green/tea/jetfuel/noxplode maybe?
