Sorry for the barrage of questions, but I heard its better to stretch after you work out, than before you work out. Rational is it will be easier to tear a muscle while working out if they are already stretched.
the softgels are just more expensive than the tablets...only reason why I recommend the tablets - however the softgels may have better absorption, so the extra money MAY be worth it =)
anyway, yes it is BETTER to stretch AFTER a workout and intra-workout rather than before.
