I skimmed through your sticky for about the first 30 pages but didn't see anything resembling what i needed.

Body Info

5"6
245 lbs
21 yrs old

I've always been a big guy ever since i was a kid, but never been able to loose weight and keep it off.  I eat fairly healthy ( I think ). And am fairly active. Just dont seem to loose weight. There is no gym around for about an hours drive. So that is out of the question. I do have free weights and a tredmil, aswell as a heavy bag that I use quite regularly. So what I'm asking from you is what should I do for a meal plan and a strict workout regiment to maximize my fat loss results. Its obvious that I am doing something wrong, would be nice to get this extra 100 pounds of jolly fat off.

I'm curious about supplements, but not sure what will work for what I need.
Also curious about that Keto diet or whatever its called.

My average mealplan right now is like this.

Breaky / Lunch: (I get up around 10:30 - 11:00)

Omelette consisting of, 3 whole eggs / chopped green pepper / chopped mushroom / cheedar cheese / A slice of chopped up ham or turkey.

Dinner: (the last few days)

Tuesday-
Salmon chunk
Baked Potatoe
Broccilli

Wednesday-
Pork chops
Fries
Corn on the cob

Friday-
Steak
Baked Potatoe
Peas

Any adivce would be greatly appreciated.

your workouts are good, but the PWO cardio and fasting cardio are highly lacking.

You need to incorporate around 30-45 mins PWO HIIT cardio, and it would also stand to benefit you to do another 30 mins upon waking if possible.

Hey Raynor, I've had a problem with my foot for about a week now.

Idk what i did to hurt it, but it hurts under impact (even the slightest) and now its even hard to walk
Hurts worst when i wake up
The yellow is where i feel like it hurts but when i touch it, the red coloring is where it actually hurts
Its SUPER hard to run on it, and wen i try at first i feel like i jst cant make it but then 10min into the run i force myself and then i can take the pain, but when i stop running its bad.
COMPRESSION MAKES IT HURT 10X MORE, i tried to wrap it b4 a run, i wrapped it and stood up to walk on it and almost fell.
I've iced it a few times, and try to put icyhot on it.
I can lift fine, I can even do calf raises, but in the eccentric position, the underneith "tendon" (red mark) feels super stretched.
*this is the same foot that i hurt my ankle on 5months back.

Lol i kno im going out on a limb here but its worth a try, got ne idea wat cld/wld help or wat the injury cld b?

edit

Also wen i run i HAVE to use the heel/toe method and even like run on the outside of my foot to avoid pressure.
This has forced me to run in my asics running shoes instead of my vibram five fingers.

Hey there.

This is actually a fairly common problem.

You have one of a few possibilities - but the most common would be bone spurs or a metatarsal stress fracture.

The cure for both of these is REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, and ELEVATION. (also use anti-inflammatory meds as needed)

Compression hurts you I realize, but it is also but it is essential for keeping the foot in line overnight and otherwise. There are special braces made for this.

Generally this happens the most when running or landing from a jump. You really need to rest it and stay off it as much as possible - use an ace bandage to firmly wrap it.

Ice it 3-4 times a day, and make sure to try and keep it propped up when you sleep if possible.

hope this helps!

although this is true, I'm less than 1 yr away from being a doctor ;-)

so I do have a pretty good idea what's going on here. (although if medical intervention is required I would certainly recommend that he seek it from a board certified physician)

Please avoid posting things like this in the future
