Hey Raynor,
My buddy is looking to lose some weight and liked the sound of my keto. (We'll see
) He current weighs 200 pounds but has weighed 170 pounds his whole life. Never has lifted but is going to start (Again we will see) He wants to get back down to 170. Obviously he is going to need less calories for the keto plan than 2300. So, where should I cut out calories for him? Mind posting one up for the smaller people? Ty

Now, you need to lower his calories down to 1,900 total. Remove 300 calories
to do that, just reduce meal 1 to 3 eggs instead of 4, reduce 6 oz of ground beef to 5 oz in meal 5, and reduce to 1 oz of cheese in meal 4.
