Well, kind of like a cold, and i havnt been out in public to catch from som1 else for a while

started as a soar throat kind of feeling, now i have bit of a soar throat and runny nose

idk, but, i feel like im losing size, my arms dont look as puffed up as i usually do lol

alright, thats what ive been takin in pwo too, a banana (about 30 carbs) or grape juice, 40 carbs


one more thing, how often should I deload?

I finished my last deload on feb 22nd (damn, time flys , seems like my deload was just a little while ago.. )

Heres my stats
505 deadlift
360 squat
200 bench
i weigh 175 and im probably around 16% bf
Im a sprinter and a long jumper but im new to long jump and my best jump so far is like 16.5 ft which suks, iso workouts that work your calfs and hammys cuz my quads and lower back are already strong.
also would like a routine to help improve my above stats.
i also enjoy doing dips, which i can do about 18 of them bodyweight.
if you have the time and would be so kind, please supply me with something to work with, seeing as im a newb =)

deload every 60-90 days depending on how you feel

Hey there.

505 deadlift?? that's very impressive for a 200 lb bench. If you bring up the bench and the squat to the 455ish region, you will be a monster at that weight.

What you need to do is begin a training program that is focused on building all around so you can maintain your quads and lower back, but also start beefing everything else up.
