the link isnt working. BUT what is this kre-alkalyn stuff and how is it related to being used in the ATP/CPr energy system such as creatine is?

okay thank you sir
also I read on one of your other posts about the Now Adams multivitamins
does it matter if softgel or tablets?
I've notice there's different daily values to the two
and I don't know if one is better than the other so I thought I would just ask now :P

Tablets have an advantage. I recommend those.

If those studies are true, it seems the kre-alkalyn has a huge advantage over creatine. The key would be to get a 100% legit kre-alkalyn, which I am still doing research on.

The link works now, it may have been down when you checked it. I recommend reading it when you can.

It basically shows a DRAMATIC increase of V02max in endurance athletes using kre-alkalyn vs creatine. In addition it shows higher HDL levels and lower LDL levels in kre-alkalyn users, as well as reduced acidity in urine.

I am very surprised to see these findings especially because kre-alkalyn is just monohydrate with soda ash and bicarbonate added to balance the PH levels. I guess doing something that basic really makes a huge difference. Monohydrate converts to about 500mg of creatine (per 5g). The kre-alkalyn converts to around 500mg of creatine per 1g. The efficiency is huge, and no sugar/transport needed to absorb it.

I have used kre-alkalyn before (sci fit 1500) and I was unimpressed with the results. HOWEVER...I never really did a comparison between that and monohydrate. I am used to feeling swollen and bloated after consuming regular monohydrate. I did not have that with kre-alkalyn. Therefore, I may have discredited the product before fully understanding it.

anything by mrs. dash is sugar free so that's a good place to start. Also walden farms makes sugar free marinades.

I personally use olive oil + spices...you can try anything with an olive oil base +

1. oregano
2. basil
3. garlic
4. thyme
5. savory
6. marjoram
7. curry
8. black and red pepper
9. mustard
10. also-salt or no-salt

edit: also forgot, tabasco and/or other hot sauces without sugar/carbs.

I do not like that particular 5x5.

The 5x5 itself is very good, but how that is laid out is very barebones and eliminates a lot of potential muscle fatigue generated through additional exercises. Sure, you will get stronger in all of those lifts - but you will NOT necessarily look better, have proportional muscle groups, or be overall stronger as a result.

I recommend my 5x5 instead:
