Any oil that is cooked to the point of smoking eliminate it's antioxidants and accumulates free radicals. This damages the nutrition properties of the oil and also increases your risk of cancer (marginally).

When I fry something in olive oil, I try to fry it at a low enough heat to ensure the oil doesn't reach it's smoke point. However, extra virgin olive oil is still the safest and healthiest oil to cook with...period.

the key here is...

increases your risk of cancer - MARGINALLY.

There is an increased risk of cancer with MANY things....and yes, foods fried in high temperature oils indeed are liked to many various types of cancers.

However, the increased risk may only be a 1-2% increased risk for someone who consumes it twice a week. Does that mean the person who eats it 3 times a day 7 days a week will get cancer? No. Does it mean the person who eats it once every 6 months won't get cancer? No.

All it means is that statistically, you have a greater risk of contracting cancer when ingesting that type of food, vs not ingesting it at all.

The key is to minimize everything unhealthy to the body and you will see a much better quality of life, as well as a much smaller risk of contracting any disease.

I'm sure there have been quite a few people who have contracted various forms of cancer that they otherwise would not have if they did not eat as much fast food as they do. McDonalds is not the only bad fast food...even regular restaurant food is to blame...as well as of course all other fast food locations.

But reasonably speaking - if you eat that junk in more than just moderation, you know it will have some deleterious effect on your body regardless.

Hello - If by dbol you mean Dianabol the oral steroid, PLEASE DO NOT POST ABOUT STEROIDS IN THIS STICKY!

If this is dbol the pro-hormone, that is a different story.

Hey there.

Either of these will work fine. You should generally switch it up every 6 months or so.

hey Raynor, is it good idea to do my workouts in the morning b4 eating?

like take some bcaa's and then half hour go lift on an empty stomach? (n remember im on keto if that matters)

reason i ask, is if i do one of my workouts on an empty stomach this would help burn all my glycogen and put me into ketosis much quicker, thus helping fat loss....

jst lmk thanks dude
