you ever mess around with a slow cooker? what do ya eat?

Yes! Pot Roast is my favorite in the slow cooker.

Get a nice roast, add red potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, and a tomato base w/ various seasonings to taste. Awesome for bulking!

Hey Raynor,

I am in need of some help. Some what of a shopping list, but I would really appreciate your help to get me started.
First of all, my stats are: 169 lbs, 5'9, and ~13% body fat. My goal is to lose a lot of fat in my thighs/butt/stomach and gain muscle in abs/shoulders/chest/arms. I want to know what kind of work out routine I should follow. What my diet should be every day, what supplements to take, and last what to consume/eat before/after workouts and how long before/after those workouts I should do them. No allergies to any food, and I'd like to keep my budget fairly low.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hey there...

here you go:

The diet plan listed below contains all the foods you will need to purchase.

Also, the exercise plans as well as the supplement guide and fat loss directions should be followed accordingly.

jump roping any good?

For cardio, calves, and agility, YES.

For anything else, no.

What were you planning to use it for?

Hello -

it all depends on the cycle you are on.

If you are bulking, I recommend trying Friendship Brand 1 or 2% cottage cheese + 1 tbsp peanut butter + handful of almonds (chocolate almonds are even better), + blueberries or strawberries.

If you are cutting (non-keto), I recommend trying Friendship Brand 1 or 2% cottage cheese + 10 almonds (plain) + cinnamon + 1 packet of truvia.

If you are cutting (keto), I recommend using Friendship Brand 2% cottage cheese + 1tbsp heavy cream + 1tbsp peanut butter (lowest carb variety) + cinnamon + 1 packet truvia.

Sorry about that Raynor.

I totally forgot I was in your thread when I answered that - lol.

I do not. Although I have had it, and nutritionally it is very good.

I probably should add it to my diet, but I honestly don't have much time for learning new preparations and so forth.

its so easy to cook though, similar to cooking rice

and it tastes better imo
