Lost my balance a bit, kinda rolled to the side of my foot a little bit.

Great session early in the morning.. Friend is getting ready for some mid Atlantic meet and asked if I wanted to train with him.. 0530 garage squats.. Got lots to learn from this guy.

Stance too wide, knees buckling

I thought the 405 was way better form. Was at a guys spot that's getting ready for a meet, had him help with my form. Probably just overloading the weight a bit now.

Camera angle was different doesn't show the flaws as well

I appreciate it man, I might have started a little overzealous with trying for PRs on DL, shit just felt good so I went for it.. I plan on sticking with lower weights for sure. And uploading more vids and pics
