PWO shake
chicken, whole wheat pasta, olive oil, lettuce, flaxseed oil

fish, bread with grain or brown rice, olive oil
cottage cheese, almonds, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, blueberries
on top of that 5-6 l of water
so any clue whats wrong with me cause it's getting uncomfortable to live like this.. should i like don't eat at all one day to check if anything changes or ?
You might be lactose intolerant...or wheat intolerant. Try removing one or the other from your diet for a week, and see if it improves. If not, try removing the OTHER the next week, and see if it improves.
replace cottage cheese and yogurt with casein shakes + peanut butter...replace milk with lactose free milk....replace cheese with any other protein source.
replace whole wheat pasta with gluten free pasta (brown rice pasta), replace bread with brown rice cakes or brown rice bread.
If neither of these work...get back to me.
