so like ive said before ive had problem eating veggies alot and its due to me being lazy and not awnting to prepare even more food and do more dishes for my meals & just the fact that im lazy about them

but here is how i am going to solve it

i was going to make a weeks worth supply of veggies for 3-4 meals a day
already cooked so all i have to do is put in the microwave for like 30 seconds and they're ready to eat

what are some veggies i should mix together?

was thinking

green beans
carrots
red peppers
and maybe some yellow vegetable but not sure what id like..never had squash before was thinking yellow peppers cuz i love hot food

do u think eating that mixture of veggies 3-4 times a day every day would be beneficial or do i need to mix up my veggies all the time?

Hey man, do you think you could give me a regiment of lifting/diet
So that I put on muscle and lose fat at the same time?
I am at 174 right now at 5'10'' I need a lifting regiment to get back into, I will be lifting 4 days a week, should I do any running and how much?
I want to stay around this weight maybe get to 180 but lose some of my fat percentage, so that I am much bigger next year for wrestling.
what should I eat, and my lifting room is only open monday - thurday so I was wondering anything that would help on doing what I am looking for, thanks man!
Will donate if you want/need if I win my bet tonight .

Hey Raynor.. Im trying to step into the keto diet, but am very confused.. I read the BB guide on keto dieting.. I currently weigh 228 lbs, and not to sure if this helps at all, but im a 38 waist. It says I need the following..

protein intake daily
172.5g

Protein calories daily
690

1. How do I figure out the protein calories?
2. I need a good set up for this diet.. Im trying to do it right...

edit: I work out first thing in the morning, if that has anything to do with it.. I always eat after my workout.

hey bud

sometimes when i do intense cardio, or wrestle, i get "cotton mouth"

its when my mouth gets all dry and almost foam like (pretty sure its common :P and assuming its jst a sign of dehydration)

my question is, if i had a "wrestling even" is there ne types of drinks/food i cld take to keep this from happening? Or shld i jst try and stay as hydrated as possible...

This happens to me as well when I am wrestling. I think it's just your body conserving the water in your body and it isn't needed in your mouth during intense cardio.
Just throwing my two cents.

Hi again, what are some fruits/veggies/and or greens that i can add to EVERY meal and snack on, (on a cutting diet that is). I would like to incorperate as much veggies /greens / fruits in my cutting diet as i can, 100 % raw keep in mind.

Breakfast - 3/4 cup oatmeal, 3 scrambled eggs,
Meal 2 - 1 can of tuna fish made w/ veggies + 1 slice whole grain bread
Meal 3 - Salad with grilled chicken
Meal 4 - 3 hard boiled eggs + veggies or salad
Meal 5 - 40 gram Protein shake
Meal 6 - 1 cup 2% cottage cheese with mixed nuts and cinnamon

yeah.

grab some green peppers, celery, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, cabbage, etc. (all of these are great)

avoid carrots, tomatoes, peas, corn, potatoes, beans, etc.

my bowels seems to be inflamed or w/e.. my stomach is always bloated, i feel full all the time even at night, sometimes it's hard to fart like i want to but can't.. so i dunno what's wrong and who could cause this but i guess it's my food.. so my current diet:

5 eggs, oats, milk, cinnamon, banana, olive oil
PWO shake
chicken, whole wheat pasta, olive oil, lettuce, flaxseed oil
oats, milk, apple, cinnamon, cheese 7% fat
fish, bread with grain or brown rice, olive oil
cottage cheese, almonds, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, blueberries

on top of that 5-6 l of water

so any clue whats wrong with me cause it's getting uncomfortable to live like this.. should i like don't eat at all one day to check if anything changes or ?

You might be lactose intolerant...or wheat intolerant. Try removing one or the other from your diet for a week, and see if it improves. If not, try removing the OTHER the next week, and see if it improves.

replace cottage cheese and yogurt with casein shakes + peanut butter...replace milk with lactose free milk....replace cheese with any other protein source.
replace whole wheat pasta with gluten free pasta (brown rice pasta), replace bread with brown rice cakes or brown rice bread.

If neither of these work...get back to me.

Universal Uni-Liver
It's dessicated and defatted.

Think I should take this?
I just remembered I have a shit load of these big pills...lol

You can...it's pretty good stuff. I don't usually recommend anyone go buy it on their own, but in general it's not bad.

That could work nicely...follow the below instructions:

For hot veggies (mixed) try: 1. Green beans, yellow squash or zucchini, and carrots. 2. Broccoli, cauliflower, squash/zucchini 3. assorted peppers and onions 4. cabbage and onions 5. kale and collard greens 6. spinach and escarole.

for cold veggies (raw) try: 1. celery + carrots 2. green beans + snap peas + tomatoes 3. broccoli + cauliflower + carrots 4. lettuce + w/e you want (salad)
