Do you think the video in http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=51875200&f=60 is a good weekly workout for day to day life?

to put it plainly, no.

full body routines as well as with that kind of form are not for anything more than calorie burning and minor muscular gains.

He could be getting a superior workout and beastly gains if he changed a few things up.

I would highly recommend you follow one of my various plans for whatever you are striving to do. (if its MMA, I will make a fresh plan for it)

In order for me to better serve you, please let me know what your goals are and I will help you out.

a lot. You need at least 6 hours of sleep a night to at least see ample repairs and metabolic adjustments. 8-9 hours is really the best however.

One day won't hurt you, but if you make a habit of it, it will.

Idk if you posted this before, but any great tips on getting a better night of sleep?

i also bought some ear plugs from my local HEB to block out sounds when i sleep.

I've been eating, and will continue to eat every day, the following as sources of protein:

whey protein shake
can of tuna
whole chicken breast
100g of lean deli chicken/turkey (low salt)
2 hot dogs
plus other misc sources like dairy, oats, and such

Does this look alright? I certainly never feel hungry during the day. I also heard taking casein protein before bed is another way to add on to my daily total.

Assuming the following:

whey shake = 40g protein
can of tuna = 35g protein
whole chicken breast = 60g protein
100g of lean deli meats = 20g protein
2 hot dogs = 20g protein

your total protein sources for the day are 175g.

Depending on your body weight and goals this might be okay - however I'm assuming you would probably need to get it up to at least 200g. This would require a casein shake before bed as you mentioned, or cottage cheese.

Just make sure the rest of your macros are in check...see here:

Alright. I forgot to add I eat 6 turkey sausages for breakfast, totaling 27g of protein. And I suppose I can invest in casein protein.

And yea, I'm trying my best to balance that with good carbs and good fats.
