some people can tolerate it on keto, others can't.

buy some Ketosis strips from the drug store or walmart and piss on them every so often to see if you are in ketosis when you think you might have set yourself out of it.

You want to be in the Mild to Moderate ketosis areas.

Yes. arg+orn and melatonin should be on an empty stomach. However if you take the casein an hour before bed, and those right before bed, it would be optimal.

for 2x per week maintenance you need to be doing one upper and one lower.


Upper - 5 sets bench press, 3 sets dips, 5 sets lat pulldowns, 3 sets seated rows, 5 sets preacher curls, 5 sets skullcrushers, 5 sets military press, 3 sets lat raises, 3 sets clean and press.

Lower - 5 sets squats, 3 sets leg extensions, 5 sets lunges, 3 sets leg curls, 5 sets standing calf raises, 3 sets donkey calf raises, 5 sets hanging leg raises, 3 sets roman chair situps.

Just prepare your meals in advance and bring them in. Almost very veggie can taste good cold.

Broccoli, carrots, green beans, peppers/onions, squash, zucchini, asparagus, etc.

Just prepare your veggies in a steamer at home - add a little olive oil + garlic + lemon, or you could add some olive oil + oregano + black pepper, etc. Get creative!

Once done, refrigerate, and eat cold the next day....delicious.


For pure raw veggies, I recommend just bringing a nice salad or some celery + carrots + broccoli + cucumber with a little ranch dressing for dip.

Should be fine Remember to check ketosis with strips if you think you threw yourself out of it at any point.
