Because if your form is fundamentally wrong at 405, it’ll be fundamentally wrong at 315.. You need to learn correct cues and form with conventional before pulling.
You can pull 135 with systemically wrong form and most people wouldn’t be able to tell, doesn’t mean you’re doing it right.
Trust me m9, the second you utilize the above advice, 405 will fly up a lot easier.
