Tuck the chin down, drive through the hips and try to get that bar a little lower on your back. Keep the knees in place, they caved in like a mother fucker, it took a lot out of your movement.. Also, don’t do that weird knee thing that you did when you braced, so much energy wasted on movement it’ll take from the big movement.
Looked good other than that 👍.. and I’m always mirin bench, good press there.
