for a tsa custom program
i get it and my volume is
pure shit
9 sets of squats a week
8 sets of deadlift
9 of bench was doing 23sets other program

gona lose all my bench gains
getting scammed god damnit

Ya this. I looked at TSA for programming too, he was my second choice (provided I could get Bryce and not one of his fukking nerd employees)

cutting my volume in half 1/3 on bench
while intensity is the same/little less
how the fuck u gona make gains

day 1 is 2 sets of squats
3 sets of bench
is this a god damn warm up
