I'm down about 25 pounds since I started biking and running!
Started at 215 (I'm sure I've broken 220 in peak drunk junk food bindge) , I'm now at 189 lbs as of this morning
4 lbs from goal weight of 185, but boy I would love to be 179. I haven't been in the 170's since High School
