Felt good.. But I noticed on my last set my left knee kept buckling slightly inward when I was ascending.. I had to consciously pay attention to that and track my knees, and it took a lot of my concentration away from the actual lift 'if that makes any sense'..

Is it time to start wearing a knee wrap? It's never done this before, and I'd hate to tear something..

I squat without shoes on. my shoes were shit and it helped. If you think that may help try it. Gl tho keep going

Hit 285 1rm today on squats.. Felt good as fuck.. I'm roughly 6 months from being on my gyms wall for heavy squats

Yeah man.. That's what my eyes are on right now.. 285 I felt like I wasn't going to get it up.. About 1/2 into my ascent my legs said fuck you.. But somehow I managed to get er up.

I can't wait for 3 plates, I don't think I've ever seen anybody do 3 plates at my gym.. I feel like I'm the only one who really utilizes the shit out of the squat rack

Worked on explosiveness today..

Did 12x2 of 155 with medium bands, about 30 second rest between sets.

Than did my regular workout.. Feeling great right now, I'm sub 230!

Restarted the stronglifts 5x5 today...

With all the resolution folk, it was weird as fuk lifting 50% of my 5rm.. Felt like a pussy.

226! Went and bought Starting Strength from Amazon.. great reading material, and it came with an awesome app for the phone.

Although my weights are down right now, this is a great chance to focus on explosiveness and form. I've literally never felt this healthy before, I went and did a 30 minute jog yesterday and managed to make it 3.25 miles by the end of it.. Squats feel gud, dl feels gud.. Now I'm working on power cleans.. Vid inc in the next few weeks.

Awesome day today.. Did 215 3x5 on squats.. Also emphasizing a lot more on bench and DL now that I've switched my programs up..

Anybody have any suggestions on how to approach power cleans? I'm just getting ready to step into that realm, and I literally have no idea how..

e: also started doing HIIT on the row machine, holy tits what a workout.

Sitting around 224 now!

Hit 245 3x5 squats.. Thinking about changing my routine for squats to add some volume to my sets, I can feel a plateau coming..

Deadlifts on the other hand are coming along great! Hit 245 1x5 no problem.. Practicing the hook grip is super useful..

Anybody have any recommendations for things to have at home for farmer walks? Thinking about investing in some shit for home like a sled.
