Well most of 'em are 22~g of protein, I'd look into the gram per serving: gram of protein per serving ratio. If 1 scoop= 40g but only has 18g of protein per serving then it's probably a bad brand imo lul.
Imo just eat chicken breasts, gg protein right dur.
In another note, my step brother just started working out last week and says he lost 10lb in 5days. I told him it's almost all water weight but according to him it's actually body fat

saying his chest is becoming more defined lol... He's been training only chest and biceps, saying that he already has big legs so nn to train them and he feels soreness in his triceps when he benches so nn to work those either .
