165 for 9, than did some accessory movements like lateral raises and bro curls.

355x10 at RPE9 on dead’s today.. Did some good mornings, planks and cable rows.

Doing tempo bike now.

Hitting PRs daily, keep grinding.

Think you can lift the same numbers while going down in weight?

I feel a solid meet coming up in the future in a lighter weight class. Knock that excusemem9 dude out of the water!

I’m eating around 2300 cals a day. It’s a slow weight loss, but I’m hoping that with the right programming that my # will keep climbing.

Bench day with shoulder accessories!

Headphones died and got bitched out by an old lady who said my music was too rambunctious. I kept playing it anyways “Shook ones by Mobb Deep” 😑

Hit 165 for a set of 10, felt like I had 1 more left over. That’s a PR for sure.

Did some hammer curls, front and rear delt work, BBRs, tricep pulldowns.

Ready to fuck this day up.

Made it out today.. Did squats and some deficit RDLs.

Hit 325x8.. sucks I missed my DL day, but was able to work my 2 lifts that need work.

Still going to repeat this cycle

375 for a set of 10 after doing 4x3. Pulled the other 4 sets with hook grip:

Numbers are shooting up. Hoping for 5 plates this month!

Few updates.

Hit some new PRs.. Started a new program and now..

Signed up for a savage race, lol.. I’m flipping gears for a few months to get ready for this meet.. I’m going to cut about 40 lbs, so I’m sort of putting powerlifting on a hiatus.. Still lifting, but starting to mix in a lot more cardio and a deficit.
