long story short:
- Trained for 10 months
- Stopped for about 2 years
- Been training for a bit more than 11 months now
Current numbers:
5'9 1/2, 186 pounds and around 20-21% bf

Bench: 215 pounds
Squat: 385 pounds
Deadlift: 375 pounds
Strict press: 155 pounds

I recently switched to low bar squat (about 6 weeks ago) so that might explain in part why my deadlift isn't as strong.. got a 40 pounds PR on the squat in 6 weeks since low bar change too.

Or you are doing 5x5s

I squat 4 times a week and deadlift twice a week.

Been doing a 7 day program for the last 5 months and down 54 pounds <3
