Resting heart rate of 80-85 is very high.

A healthy adult should have the area of 50-65 bpm resting. However, after 400mg of caffeine, that is considerably lower than I'd expect.

Overall your levels are not dangerous, so you can keep it up for now.

I must have been walking around or something. If im sitting its around 60. Next time I use it ill be sure to check

hey I'm back again i figured out a good diet thats working great for me but umm im starting to get stretch marks on my bicep at first it wasnt a big deal, but now its up to like 2 inches... is there anything i can do diet wise to change this? and are there any oils or creams you can recommend?

This is completely normal when you grow rapidly!

You can either embrace the stretch marks, or try coco butter and light tanning.

http://www.simplyshredded.com/carbohydrate-tolerance-frontline-fat-loss-written-by-nutrition-expert-david-barr.html

is this a good plan to follow ?

last year i did a no-carb diet for a long period, but found myself struggling with it quite heavily, is this something you would recommend?

thx!
