I read your plan and personally the changes I would make would essentially transmute the entire plan into something else.

I don't care much for the SAME weight each set - I prefer rest and progression or exhaustion with digression.

5x5 in my eyes should be ascending from 5x lower/medium weight all the way up to 5x of absolutely traumatic reps.

For hypertrophy, you NEED to fail...period. You have to force your muscles to fail, then force them to work some more. You have to dig deep and do unholy things to your body.


So if you want me to revamp the whole thing, I would just put you on a different plan all together.

With regard to the actual exercises themselves...you're fine. Just add some more into accessories (triceps/biceps/calves/abs/traps)

You can certainly do this without any problem. HOWEVER, you will need to consume additional calories to compensate for this. Figure at least 500 cals per hour of cardio just to break even. If you are looking to gain, try 600-800 cals per hour of cardio.

i'm a ectomorph person and beginner and i've problem gaining mass/ fat / muscles.
what kind of training process/meal/etc. would be good for me? i know this is a wide opened question, but any advise helps me.

Hello, I was just wondering why my shoulder muscles tends to feel fatigue when I do benchpress? My pecs are still perfectly fine but my shoulder tends to wear down after like 1-2 sets of 10 reps on benchpress so that I can't rep as much on the next set.

which beans are healthier? black, pinto, kidney, or something else?

i plan on mixing with salsa, onions, spices, and possibly rice.

and when i get the beans from a can, the water is kinda cloudy. should i keep the water or should i rinse it out? i'm not sure if it carries nutrients or if it's just dirty

In a few words what would the plan look like? Personally I really like to hit the upper body twice a week as my chest and lats are stubborn muscles. This is why I have just a few exercises for shoulders, as they are developing just about fine. ^^ Same for legs, one time a week is good for the moment, still getting good gains.

Hey, Wondering if you could give me a general explanation of how the CNS works in regards to the parasympathetic nervous system and the sympathetic NS.

Also how can i balance them out to get the most out of muscle growth.

^Mostly in regards to muscle functioning that is.

But any information on the CNS would be great. Online provides a lot of information, but I figured maybe you could simplify some of it.
