what are your thoughts on making omelets in the microwave using those containers?

here's one i'm looking at on amazon, seems to have the highest ratings

Question from my wife -

What advice can you give, about getting pregnant with someone who has gotten 2 inguinal hernia's in childhood, and wants a natural birth.. will it have any effect during the pregnancy / birth?

hi SKCRaynor, i have been doing a squat/deadlift/bench press (don't know the name) workout for the past 2 months. I am currently 17 years old, weigh about 140 pounds with some fat. I have been making steady progress with squating/deadlifting (currently squat and deadlift 70s), however, i have been stuck for the longest time bench pressing 25s and am unable to make any progress. my friend noticed today and recommended i try free weights instead. what are your thoughts?

bacterial dysbiosis? ever heard of that? appears that i have almost zero good bacteria and lots of bad.. such as e coli, citrobacter and so 1 more can't rly remember the name.. can this be the cause of all the discomfort around anus, and digestive system? what about the diet? so far i am eating boiled eggs, all meat, and fish roasted, and green veggies, well almonds and, evo, and almonds with some flaxseed oil. that's it.. i don't know what else to eat cuz everything makes me bloated

Yes -

This is a common problem in those who have a diet very low in fiber, high in animal fats, and low in probiotics (yogurt, or supplements). It also is characteristic of someone who has taken many antibiotics for an extended period of time.

The solution?

1. Dramatically increase probiotic intake. I would recommend 3-4 cups of greek yogurt per day. In addition, I would recommend taking probiotics, try these:

http://www.amazon.com/NOW-Foods-Probiotic-10-Billion-Vcaps/dp/B002S1U7RU

and

http://www.amazon.com/AMERICAN-HEALTH-Acidophilus-Culture-Blueberry/dp/B000ZZUA46/ref=sr_sp-btf_title_1_7?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1369937948&sr=1-7&keywords=liquid+probiotics

Take both of those every day.

2. Increase fiber intake. Add psyllium husk powder to every meal if you are not eating fibrous carbs (green veggies, beans, whole grains, etc). You need 25-30g of fiber every day.

3. Reduce animal fat from your diet. Protein consumed should be lean protein only - discard fat from any meat that you eat.

I do NOT advise cooking anything in plastic, regardless of it being BPA free or not. Plastic when heated gives off chemicals INCLUDING, but not limited to BPA.

To simplify things, just get a good pan without teflon, such as the greenpan or any other ceramic coated pan (or stainless steel pan) and just make it the old fashioned way. The extra time it takes is approximately 2-3 minutes.

There should not be an issue from the former inguinal hernias. However, if one is prone to them, there is a good chance more can pop up later.

Although, given that two were in childhood and non in adulthood, there is still a good chance that they can be avoided.

If they are not avoided, natural pregnancy is absolutely possible and the hernia would be taken care of AFTER giving birth naturally.

You should absolutely be doing freeweights. Second to that, you need to be on a more strict routine that gives your body a chance to grow properly.

Try this:

5x5 plan

Secondly, if you notice your chest lagging behind, try this:

For cutting, you generally need to train at a high intensity with very few breaks between sets. Meaning, 4-5 sets of each exercise, high intensity, and take only 8-12 seconds rest between sets. Keep moving at a cardio pace while working out.

For bulking, you generally need to train with heavy weights, to maximum intensity/exertion, for fewer repetitions, with enough rest between sets to recover. The 5x5 program is best for this, which involves 5 sets, each set with 5 reps. The weights move up each set, until you hit the last set which is nearly impossible to do.

Also you should try to do at least 4-5 exercises per muscle group, and at least 4-5 sets of each.

so i have to go step by step..first cut and then bulk?its imposible to bulk while losing bf?
thanks !
/e. and atm i follow that program,10-15 reps,5-6 exercise for back and chest..4 sets each exercise..break only to switch the weight disks etc.
