What are current good multi vitamins + fatty acid supplements?

I personally recommend CL Orange Triad or NOW! Adam for multi.

As for EFA's try NOW! Super EFA or Super Omega 3

What's a good diet for a 15 year old? Other than staying away from junk good, eating fruits, drinking a lot of water etc. Also what are some good snacks if you get hungry?
Also what workout do you recommend? Not really working out lately, but been playing basketball a lot.

Hey raynor Ty for your responses, I really appreciate them

For a long long time I've been thinking about you doing this free service for the past few years and what kind of benefit u could get from this

For example listing it on your CV that you've been offering an online service etc, has over 200k views, helped thousands of people etc, ever think about that? Comes across my mind a lot about you..

Also, my question is about body types and the direct affect on weight lifting

As I've said before I consider myself extremely lucky I rolled a meso morph body type

Along with this, I have great explosive power (school and university sprinter, long jumper etc) don't know much about it but some shit about an abundance of white (or red?) blood cells whilst distance runners have the other, and slow / fast twitch things..

I feel all these factors make me extremely well suited to lifting, and lifting heavy

However I literally suck unwashed unshaven balls at long distance running, which I feel carries over to endurance lifting

I suck so bad you see it's almost depressing, even to the point I've convinced myself I have undiagnosed asthma or disease. Genuinely feel I'm at a serious disadvantage and it's that much harder for me. 1 side of the spectrum I'd be top 0.05% in sprinting, to the bottom 5% of joggers (not including fatties) srs.

A good example is when I compete in the 400m sprint, I can legit sprint the distance at 100% the entire way, but the distance taps into "look Ladsy you've ran to far k time to die"

I can push myself over that distance, only to vomit, feint and pass out right there on the track.

Am I a pussy or is thus real.

This also affects my lifting greatly I believe, I can lift heavy and explosively for a few reps np, but anything over like 6-7 (unless we are at like 30% of my 1rm) after that my muscles are all like "look Ladsy you know u can't run so why even try, gonna shut off now kbye" and literally muscles shut down, I hit complete muscle fatigue out like a virgin having sex, you're going and then wham you're done, no control over it.

Any suggestions? Comments? It kinda bugs me

My best example is (although embarrassing) I can legit perform 8 pullups from deadhang

Fark hit enter too early

Yeah 8 pull ups MAX. Can do 5x with a 45 lb plate attached np.

That's my best example of how it affects my lifting.

Is this all in my head? How can I improve this? I feel this is a special case..

Sorry for long ass post, I'm currently high as a motherfcker on morphine, thanks a lou

Edit: oh this is because I feel it hinders any attempt at hypertrophy
