Thanks for your help earlier, trying to fit in a 3 day weekly routine atm, any advice/comments would be appreciated.

Day 1: Back shoulders.
Day 2: Chest legs.
Day 3: Biceps triceps (use free weights for shoulders, chest, bis and tris).

I do a 50 min workout + 20 min cardio/run. Protein shake after workout.

Exactly....measuring before and after is the only way to know. Good news is you only have to do it once.

1. Yes - excess skin. Try to lose no more than 2-4 lbs per week.

2. As many fruits as you can fit into your macros and calories. 4-5 fruits a day is fine.

3. For cutting you need 30-45 mins of cardio 4-5 days a week. Do it all at once, don't stagger it into several 10 minute sessions.

4. As far as chocolate, avoid it because of how high in calories it is. 1-2 small pieces a day is fine, but watch the calories. A dark chocolate bar is about 400 calories, which is a LOT. High in fat and still has some sugar.

will that three day cutting plan, coupled with the 1600 cal/100g carbs a day u dont workout, 2000call / 100g carbs a day still be effective to get me from 200- 170?

i know i might seem like im trying to get the easier way out but the drive to my gym is far away and with school i cant pay for the gas to drive to the gym 6 times a weeks. so what im asking is if this three day cutting plan
+cardio on EVERY offday with the same nutrition intake still be effective?

one more question sorry, is steamed brocoli the way to go? i remember hearing someways take away nutrition, but i can eat steamed brocoli all day, is that a bad thing? always appreciate everything all the help and respect all the advice u give man

i tried to do the workout, 5 reps of 90% is nearly impossible. My max is 365 and 90% is 328 and 328 for 5 reps comes to a max of 383.
Should I lower percents or what? and by the time you even get to 90 percent you have done 85% for 2 sets.... just confused lol thanks again bro.

That should work. Yes steamed broccoli is fine, leave it somewhat crisp, you don't want to make it mush.

Yes, take more rest between sets. You can hit 90% for 5 reps with enough rest and motivation. If you are struggling, just go down about 5% and hammer out the 5 reps without incident.

how much rest? and i would dn8 if i had fg :(
