So I have been on an EC stack for 2 days and since I started I haven't been able to sleep very well at nights, maybe 3-5 hours max
Could this be from the stack or could it be from other underlying factors? :o

Definitely the stack. Try not to take it within 6-8 hours of bedtime. (Reduce down to 2 doses per day)

In not so many words, yes.

Hypertrophy focuses on volume and vascularity

strength focuses on density and gaining strength

Correct. On a high heat, olive oil loses much of its benefit and actually can be harmful. It is always best to cook olive oil BEFORE the smoke point occurs. For super high temps, try canola or sesame.

Density? Meaning hypertrophy gives you flabby muscle and strength gives you a small amount of hard dense muscle?

No.

Hypertrophy builds solid mass, but when training for strength, the muscle fibers are torn in a manner that builds density and thickness of muscle fiber which can yield increased strength. Hypertrophy yields large muscle microtears which reattach in a manner that elongates and increases the overall size of the muscle without as much respect to density.
