that is certainly excessive to say the least.

You can oversleep to the point of feeling tired no matter what.

My advice would be to first go to bed an an appropriate hour for your body - say 11pm. Wake up at 7am via alarm clock or cell phone, etc.

When up, keep yourself up. Don't be lazy, go out and do things. Continue to work out as usual, but also take time to have fun.

Please give me any more information you might have.

I'm certain this will help ^_^
Thanks as always!!

oh ok, how come the guy on lean gains site says to do compound strength whilst cutting o_O ?

e; what would be the reasons of one recommending a strength routine while cutting ?

I don't like anything about the gentleman supporting leangains. Most of his arguements are specious at best. He is also a self-admitted user of anabolic steroids. Not knocking anabolics, but certainly you can't expect that intermittent fasting works by killing fat and building muscle without injectable assistance.

Secondly, you never want to train strength while cutting - see my previous answer in the post before. The two are not to be mixed for obvious reasons unless illegal substances are involved.

There is nothing I can do at this point except for surgery right or is there some sort of way to do this

It has me really depressed about my body image.

After briefly reading, it seems to be psychologically and physically in order.

All forms of brain reward, when abused, build tolerance and ultimately yield less satisfaction due to weakened dopamine receptors.

The bottom line - don't abuse anything. Use everything in moderation and you should be fine.

Reducing GYNO

I'm assuming you don't know how much is reducible?
If I could reduce it to where it's barely visible I'd be so happy :P

any tips on aiding the eyes or possibly improving vision?

My eye doctor said its not possible to improve it, but anything would be nice.

Also what can I do to help maintain my eyesight, and what can i avoid that will make it worse.
