Alright, so yesterday I didn't do anything and I was planning on working out again today, but I woke up with my wrist absolutely killing me.

Any ideas as to why it didn't hurt yesterday but it was killing me today? I haven't worked out since Wednesday.

I iced it twice today (20 minutes each) and I am planning on working out tomorrow. Thoughts on all of this?

It could be a combination of things, but it sounds like you slept on it wrong which is why I'd recommend wearing a good wrist brace to sleep with it.

been trying to consume more water. used to drink 3L of diet soda every day. i've been slowly increasing my water intake and reducing my soda intake. about 1 week ago i finally hit 4L of pure water with no soda, and i've maintained that all week :)

Excellent! Keep up the good work!

Under my pecs or breasts cause i'm fat, there are lumps. Differing in size nothing over the size of a marble. Its in amoungst the fat. Is it just different sized fat cells? Doesn't hurt at all.

Thank you so much for your service first off I think it's amazing you do this for people!

Anyways.... Basically I'm 5'11'' 150 lb and 20 years old. I was an all star three sport athlete in high school, with an EXTREMELY high metabolism. Well anyway I got to college, and lost all drive to stay in shape my freshman year. I lost all the muscle I had basically and was at a measly 150 lb. After some self motivating I got back at it my sophomore year (this past year) and was lifting once a day from september to october, then twice a day from october to mid december. I gained 12-15 lbs of muscle and felt great. for each workout I had a preworkout (C4 i believe), gaspari size on during the work out, and Mass gainer after the workout. I also took a multivitamin daily. I spent 100s of dollars to get to 165, but once winter break hit I went home from college and lost access to a gym and lost motivation to lift. Since then I haven't been to the gym consistently at ALL (maybe 10 times since January). And I lost every single pound that I gained. I still look a bit bigger than when I originally started though I think. I try not to eat very much to be honest lately because I'm a college student with limited money. I eat ramen quite a lot and haven't had a hearty meal in quite some time.

Anyway, sorry for the rant, but I recently realized how badly I needed to get back in shape and take care of myself. I want to start back at the gym, and I want to gain the weight and KEEP it. I was wondering if you have any specific workouts that you prefer, I'd like to work my way in starting at once a day 5 days a week and eventually heading to the gym twice a day 5 days a week... I liked my old routine, but obviously I'd like to hear what you suggest.

Also I was wondering if you could help me with a budget meal plan for bulking up. I have some leftover Mass gainer/protein I can use too, but I'd rather not put 100's of dollars into using more of that again haha... My budget is probably about 50$ a week to be honest... I can spend more if I have to, but the cheapest most effective meal plan would be ideal. Thank you so much for reading all of this! and thanks in advance for the help!

It could be Lipoma (benign fatty tumors).

However, I would still make an appointment with the doctor and have it checked out.

Hey there.

For workouts, refer to this:

5x5 plan

For the diet, I would like you on a 40/40/20 (40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat) diet

$50 a week is not much, but with that I would advise condensing your money into the following:

1. Eggs (approx $1 a dozen)
2. Oatmeal (approx $1 for 24 oz)
3. Chicken Breasts (frozen is cheapest) (approx $1.99 for 1 lb in bulk)
4. Milk (approx $4 / gal cheapest)
5. Lettuce and/OR Celery and/OR green beans, etc. (approx $1 per head/stalk/bag)
6. Bananas (approx $1 for 2 lbs)
7. Brown Rice and/OR whole grain pasta (approx $1 per box)
8. Olive oil (it will cost a lot, but last a long time) (approx $7 per bottle)

Try to get in at least 3,000 cals a day which will be very hard at $50 / week.

I won't know til i try it but it just doesnt seem like much looking at it on paper haha.. Thanks a ton again!

Hey man what's your opinion on Cissus in powder form? Everyone has said they had great results from it. Regular joint supplements just don't seem to work.

The first few sets are meant to lead into the heavier sets. You need about 30 seconds rest between sets.

I don't have a say either way mostly because of the lack of research and conflicting opinions on the product.

Some people swear by it, others say it does nothing....so I'd let your body be the guide. If you feel that it's working, go for it. If not, then don't use it.

With respect to long term effects, the product should be safe.
