5x5 plan


Get your numbers up some more before cutting. I want to see your bench in the 3xx range and the DL/squat around the 4xx range within 1 year. Your BF% should never get more than 15-18%. At that point, you should cut.

Stick to 5x5 and keep increasing your 5 rep maxes each week....get as strong as possible then hit hypertrophy hard to volumize the dense, strong muscle you have built.

A good foundation is KEY to good aesthetics.

Thinking about getting testosterone test done, any other recommendations?

Thx just to be sure the first one is bulking and second one is cutting right?

Also how much weight should I gain more then my goal BEFORE cutting so that I drop at 180Lbs?

Full blood panel + test levels should be good enough

5x5 is for strength and muscle density

the hypertrophy is for muscle volume and size.

You should get as far along as you can and only cut when you hit 15-18% BF

Hum if i want both strenght and volume for my muscle should i do one month 5x5 and one month hypertrophy?

Hey man, so right now I'm at 5"11 220ish pds but I'm not sure where to head too. I got my diet perfect and down pat but I just wonder what's more effective a recomp workout plan//diet or a cutting diet//work out. Note (I have access only to home gym currently bench/freeweights/treadmil/bike/
