What do you think of roasted black bean powder?

do you think i can use it as a protein powder shake as beans contain very high concentrations of protein? and it's natural with no artificial anything added

How often is a cheat day or refeed necessary on a low carb cut.

Broke my 161 plateau and weighed in at 159 this morning. Considering i'm getting a little light, I want to end my cut at the end of this month. What kind of training do you recommend I do? Strength?

whats your take on ON ZMA , and how can i incorporate it at bed time, when i also have my cottage cheese at bed time and I'm not supposed to mix the 2, also if i do buy ZMA is there any need in getting zinc by itself as a supp ? thanks !

In regard to the casein ZMA issue. you can take it as normal...there isn't enough calcium in the cottage cheese to cause any kind of negated effect of the ZMA.

I'm not a fan of vegetable protein unless you are a vegan. However, in general, pea protein and black bean protein powders are fairly complete with an overall good amino profile. You can try them out if you'd like.

try black coffee (2 cups) as a fat burner instead of jet fuel if you'd like

fish oil is good for a lot of things, but mostly providing good fats and essential omega 3's in your diet.

Cheat day once every 1-2 weeks depending on your body type, gains, and goals.

Strength training during a bulk is always the best. If you want to rebound and bulk, do a 5x5 plan.
