Which cutting workout routine do I use if I have treadmil/bench/dumbells/bicycle?

Cutting Workout Routine (5 day freeweights only)

Do 30-45 mins of HIIT cardio at the end of each strength routine. Also do 30-60 mins of cardio on non-workout days. LISS/HIIT are both OK for off-days.

will i hinder my progress for my SL 5x5 strength routine if i do body weight exercises ? everyday or what would you suggest, to get stronger with - pushups / pull-ups-chin ups / not sure what other exercises but yea how can i increase my endurance and strength on those exercises? and if i do them will it slow my strength gains because of the rest time I'm not using I'm doing more workout instead?

Do NOT do bodyweight exercises every day with 5x5. You can do them all ONCE a week on an off-day. It will hamper your strength gains, but increase your size gains.

Also any diet ideas?  As always, thank you and FG will be provided :)

Calories are a bit high unless your activity level is also very high.

What you do plan to be doing in regard to exercise each day? I need to know that before I give you a macro breakdown.

Hello mate. Well i can only survive with keto now, since i can't tolerate a single carbohydrate. My food list:

extra mature cheddar cheese
heavy cream
broccoli
spinach
iceberg lettuce
eggs
bacon
chicken thighs
unsalted real butter
beef mince 80/20
extra virgin olive oil
100% peanut butter (doesn't give me bloating so don't know)
avocados
full fat cottage cheese
protein powder
water

my question is how do i spread the good and bad fats, because i can only see EVO, avocados, peanut butter as my "good" fat sources and i can't eat much of peanut butter anyway.. any ideas?

The key here is balancing the fats. You need 2g of UNSATURATED fat to every 1g of SATURATED fat MINIMUM. It would be better to have a 3:1 or even 4:1 ratio, but do what you can. Try NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 with every meal for added good fats. You can also use olive oil on almost everything to balance the fats properly.

Here's a keto food list if you'd like:

Because she can only do 3 days a week, have her alternate the schedule. IE: do mon-tues-weds plan on week 1. On week 2, do thurs-fri-mon plan. On week 3, do fri-mon-tues plan, and so forth.

Hey,

So I am aware that eating healthy and right after lifts is one of the most important things to do! However, being 21 and in college. I suck at it. Really bad.

I will just go to the gym, play basketball for an hr (great cardio) then go lift. But afterwards, god only knows what I will eat. I sometimes dont even eat because im too lazy to cook. Im 6'5 210lbs pretty lean.

I dont care if i weigh 195 or go back up to 220-225. I just want to drop in body fat and get my muscles a little bigger. Im still an athlete so I focus on workouts that benefit my sport.

But basically, what do you suggest? Any guides to eating right as a weightlifter? Any things to especially avoid? This is a big topic, but anything helps.

Easiest thing you can do is take a CYTOGAINER shake immediately after working out. It's a meal replacement so it's fast, cheap, and very good for you PWO. It's got a great balance of protein/fats/carbs, as well as creatine and a few other extras. You can mix the shake with water or milk, add fruit and/or peanut butter, etc.
