Should I limit my intake on milk because of the cholesterol or not? I like to have around 4 cups a day but I'm not sure if I should continue.

Also what is your take on Niacine and Melatonin? I'm having trouble getting my 8 hours (usually get about 6) so would these be beneficial to take?

What do you know about musclepharm? Have you ever used their products? if so, what has been your experience with it? if not, have you heard any bad or sketchy issues?

also I said CUP of FRUIT...not fruit cup. Meaning a cup (measurement) of fruit.

Yes...its called alternating hypertrophy and 5x5. Do 4 months of each alternating. So 4 months 5x5, then 4 months hypertrophy. This is the BEST way to do it.

10 sets of each....hanging leg raises with a dumbbell between your feet and also decline situps with a weight plate on your chest.

No. You do not have to limit yourself. The cholesterol in milk does not raise your blood cholesterol levels - that is a myth.

just make sure to get enough good fats in your diet like olive oil, fish oil, avocados, etc.

yes very. I recommend 5mg of melatonin before bed with up to 10mg if your body is stubborn. Take it with around 6-8 oz water.
