Do you advocate eating egg whites instead of whole eggs? I'm going to try to have some eggs each morning for breakfast to start my diet but I've been taking out the yolk because I'm worried about the cholesterol causing issues, but I've also heard the cholesterol in eggs/dairy doesn't cause issues, which do you say I should take? I'm almost a 17 year old if that changes the answer at all.

Really she just wants a healthy diet and not eat anymore junkies.

But any exercises would be great too.

She fits into the one I made:

Other than ingesting too many carbs, would there be any other reasons that I haven't been able to stay in Ketosis this week.  The only things with carbs I eat are broccoli, peppers, lettuce, and celery. I do have natural peanut butter, or almond butter in my PW shake, but according to the nutritional values it has 2g fibre 1 g sugar per tbs. Its killing my motivation, not seeing that DAMN keto strip change colour.

eliminate citric acid from your diet. also give me a total list of EVERYTHING you eat on a daily basis.

hey, i just got my blood test results back...
urea nitrogen (BUN) @ 24 mg/dL
BUN/Creatinine ratio @ 30 (units)
bilirubin (total) @ 1.5 mg/dL
AST @ 57 U/L...upper limit or w/e is @ 32 u/l so this is the one concerning me the most.
i was born with jaundice, and im not sure if i was officially diagnosed with gilbert's syndrome, but when i was on accutane a couple years ago, my derm said that my blood test (elevated AST/bilirubin levels) may suggest gilbert's syndrome.
any thoughts or suggestions to try to get these back into normal range?

edit: all the ones listed above were higher than the normal range

supplements i take: NOW adam, NOW ultra omega 3, ON natural whey (starting NOW isolate once i run out). diet is in check (protein is prolly a little high tho).
i have sesamin which Scivation says may help with liver and kidney functioning. i stopped taking it like 2 months ago, but i dont know if it had any effect on kidney/liver functioning cuz i didn't have blood work done.

What are the ideal cutting macros for a slow cut looking to retain as much muscle as possible?

depends. If KETO, 40% protein/0% carbs/ 60% fats

if non-keto, 40% protein/ 30% carbs / 30% fats

Thanks to your advice I was able to destroy my previous personal records as well as the competition for

max # of pushups in 1 min: 64 reps
max # of situps in 1 min: 51 reps
max # of pullups: 16 reps
500m ergonometer row: 1 min 38 s 5 ms

also on a side note, are there any difference between different brown rice type besides cost?  My mom got me jasmine brown rice this week, its cheaper, but not that much difference in terms of nutritional content

you're very welcome, congratulations! =)

the brown rice is better for the sake of it being a complex carbohydrate and lower GI.

Both. I recommend around 3-4 whole eggs at a time, and the rest of the protein from egg whiles - simply to maintain a proper set of macros. The cholesterol in eggs will not hurt you, that's a myth.

Hey Raynor :)

So I Did the p90x Workout for 3 months, I know its not the best but i wanted to just get in shape to start going to the gym and what not , I lost 35 ibs and gained an considerable amount of muscle compared to how i used to look, all the workouts are pretty easy to me now but now im looking for more muscle definition/ fat loss im 6 2' and 215 ibs

Problem is im completely clueless when it comes to walking into a gym and what exercises to do one what day for the best results

Think you can set me up with a workout plan?
