excellent thank you.

also im trying to put together a solid full body workout with various compounds in it that i can do every other day in between rocking a HIIT workout. think you could help me figure out a good lifting schedule for someone that is just getting in the gym?

ive had success working out in the past, and have gotten good results for my body, but i did alot of isolated muscle group workouts over compounds. i now see the error of my ways and want to figure out the best routine. it would be a three day weight training workout built around cutting for now. (im 209lbs at 6'1" right now and want to get below 200) so far ive lost 7 pounds in the two weeks ive been training etc. just need to add the weight training.

OK you really want 2 different things.

First of all, a full body workout is not feasible. I would recommend upper/lower splits for beginners.

4 day upper/lower split for maintenance and moderation

As for a cutting routine....it can be found here with the other 3-day guides:

Don't go too crazy with compounds. They have their place, just like isolation. Too much of anything is an error. You must seek balance.

It's a decent product, but like you mentioned, it does contain soy lecithin. However a very small amount of it.

I would recommend it if you are seeking a decent greens product. It tastes pretty good overall. Decent ingredients as well.

Its basically good for people who dont eat enough vegetables right? Is there a better one youd recommend?
It depends, what are your exact goals?

Also, you want to know what exercises and in what format builds the most back muscle?
yes,

ofc I want back definition and also strength, but I was wondering does it make sense to train hypertrophy for back?

That's one of the better ones out right now.

It helps if you don't eat many veggies.
