It actually is illegal now lol. Unless you're talking about the NEW Halodrol which has no pro-hormone in it...that stuff is junk.

The best thing for calves is alternating.

Try training them 3 times a week for 15-20 sets each time.

Day 1 - 3 exercises @ 5-8 reps with 5-6 sets each heavy weight pyramiding up
Day 2 - 3 exercises @ 8-12 reps with 5-6 sets each medium weight pyramiding up
Day 3 - 3 exercises @ 10-15 reps with 6-7 sets each lighter weight pyramiding up


You can do a mon/weds/fri schedule for these.

Just mix the kre alk with water. No loading required.

The pain is one of two things.

1. A lack of potassium
2. Undigested food


Try to eat fast digesting foods 2 hours before training (whey protein shake is best)

Also try to increase potassium intake.

You need to see a urologist. He will prescribe you a steroid cream which can fix the problem. If it's severe, surgery MIGHT be needed, but I highly doubt it.

I would eat 1,500 cals on NON-workout days and 1,900 cals on workout days if you want to cut on a keto plan. The carb days should be around 2,200 cals and the cheat days should be around 3,000 cals.

It does reduce SOME of the nutrition, particularly micronutrients. The macros are also lessened to a degree.

In addition, eating heavily charred meats is also linked to certain types of cancer.
