hey ray, im starting that 5x5 plan you gave to me tomororw with a clean bulk

you said do for 8 months then proceed to another cut, will keep you updated on progress, thanks for your help brother

is 2 salmons a day, flax chai oil seed powder, and fish oil supp pils too much ?

e; also is 2 salmons a day to much so 10 in 1 week

I have never used it, although I read the ingredients list. I am not a fan of that product. It has a lot of artificial and other garbage along with some things like trib and maca which will have no effect pre-workout whatsoever.

Overall I feel it to be a waste of money - you'd be better off with black coffee

That would probably be fine.

Salmon is very low on the mercury scale, so you should be okay

wheres the plan for the 5x5 workout for strength can it also be used as a bulking workout if i eat at a caloric increase? if i do this will i lean out gradually while getting bigger?

My friend gave me about 20servings of it..so it was free...is it worth tryin since I have it? I'm just rele skeptical about putting shit in my body that I don't rele know what it is.
