Just receveid my stack, Sci Fit Kre Alkalyn 1500

Do you think i can open the capsule and mix it with water?

Will it have the same effect?

I can't get water retention cuz of my prothestic leg, It have to be tight and fit

anyway, but seriously...creatine is NOT bad for you, nor will it cause you any health problems unless you have any kidney disease or defect.

I recommend kre akalyn (Scifit Kre Alkalyn 1500) - take 2 pills pre-workout and 2 pills post-workout ....on non-workout days you will take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills before bed.

I would keep it in capsule form.

Secondly, there is NO water retention with kre alkalyn =)

hey man just wondering if i should start a bulk anytime soon

ive been on a non keto cut with minimal carbs since around july

ive noticed results on fat loss in areas but minimal in the core area

or should i forget about bulking and keep cutting untill i get rid of the stubborn belly fat? i would say im approx 13-15% bf, its weird you can see my rib cage clearly and i weigh 143 pounds - went from 160ish to 143 using a non keto cut.

hm...at yout weight I'd say get more mass and cut later on. Not necessarily get-fat mode, but more like a clean bulk. I would definitely begin a 5x5 plan with a full clean bulking diet. Stick to it for around 8 months and then begin the cut.

Im also thinking about doing a 5x5 training right now , how many exercise per muscle ? 3 ? and i am guessing compounds movements like deadlift squat bench bent over rows is the best ?

Would 3 meals a day with 1 snack be okay if I hit my macros? Meal 1 would be before work, meal 2 on break, snack an hour before gym while at work and then a meal after the gym which would be 2 hours before bed. That's all I can really fit in with my current schedule. Also it would be a decent amount of carbs close to bed so would it just mean a higher fat gain?
