Female Diet/Exercise/Supplementation Guide

However, if she is unwilling to do proper exercise...basically the MORE physical activity she can get the better. It doesn't matter if she runs, swims, plays tennis, bikes, jumps rope....literally anything to keep her in motion. The more activity the better.

That is a truly epic piece of equipment, I love it.

The plate loaded preacher machine is extremely good at working peak and for perfect proper form in isolating the biceps. When using a regular bar, you tend to spend a lot of energy balancing the weight and keeping it level. There is no need for that with this device - this is a sculpting tool.

The shoulder press is excellent because it allows your body a more natural position for shoulder press movements. A straight bar is great, but a lot of people complain about wrist and shoulder pain because of the lack of adjustment. In addition, for pure safety and ALSO isolation, the basic shoulder press is excellent.  Don't forget, you can also do lateral grip in addition to horizontal grip. Compared to dumbbells, this isolates a lot more, whereas dumbbells are outstanding, but require a lot of effort to stabilize. Again like the preacher curl, this is a sculpting machine.

You will be able to isolate and hit the shoulder and biceps both with this great tool.

Like a salesman you have sold me on getting this :) Are you saying that the one I linked is actually ergonomically well-built? The price beats just about any competitors, which is why I was really drawn to it.

It's a tad bit out of the budget range, but I don't care... I'm going to get it ^_^ I'm really hoping my shoulder is going to be okay with shoulder pressing now.

I love the way that particular machine is designed. I would buy it in a heartbeat if I was building a home gym.

Enjoy it in good health my friend

For cutting, I recommend 30-45 mins of HIIT cardio post-workout

for bulking, cardio is not needed - however if you want to, you can do 15-20 minutes of LISS or HIIT post-workout

Ight i'm bulking so no need cardio i guess ^^

I'm pretty sure I asked you this before, but I searched through the thread and couldn't find your response.

Wondering if you knew anything about shoulder impingement syndrome?

If you have any tips to help, would be greatly appreciated.

Tips to help what? SIS? What about it do you want tips with? How to perform certain exercises?

You must be a little more specific, I could go on for hours about SIS in general lol ;-)

Hey Raynor,

I've been stumped for a while. I'm not sure what my body fat percentage is and whether I should be cutting or bulking at the moment.

I'm 5'10 165 pounds btw. Honestly, i'm aiming for pure athestetics. I want to be a decent size with 10% body fat.

Could you please tell me my body fat and what you would recommend I do? My chest has always been lacking compared to the rest of my body, and i'm not a arm warrior, they just seem out of proportion to the rest of my body >.<

You should be bulking...end of story lol.

Follow the 5x5 plan and bulking diet for around 4-6 months followed by another 4 months or so of hypertrophy.

Yes I have.

Does it work? that depends on your diet, body type, and so forth.

In general it should "work" for what you want it to do. Essentially from what I remember it's hypertrophy and circuits.
