My professional opinion is to see a doctor if the bloating happens regardless of whatever food you eat.

Hey there. Im trying to gain some muscle/weight. I've weighed the same amount for 4 years (145-155). I workout (Arms, Legs, Abs) every other day. Im getting toned but not really gaining any weight or adding muscle.
I eat an enormous amount of food daily. Most of the time I eat healthy (salad, grilled chicken, pasta). I just don't understand how i can not gain any weight.

The best bet is 5x5 alternated every 6 weeks with hypertrophy, and then finally 2-3 weeks of intense 3x2.

Example:

Weeks 1-6 (5x5 training) flat/incline/decline
Weeks 7-12 (hypertrophy training) complete
Weeks 13-15 (3x2 training) flat/incline/decline

It may sound crazy, but while on keto
could you use BCAAS as a pre workout? Because iirc, amino acids are used for ATP when there is an high (over) protein intake and no carbs \ fats or both...Would it change anything? Or my body just uses fats since i eat crazy amount

if you're having that issue, try to alternate your grip into something more comfortable. If even after switching your grip doesn't work, try lowering the weight a bit lower or higher and see if that helps. If it still does it, get rid of the dumbbells from your routine
