I’ve been getting decent pumps from going to failure. Definitely not sweating or burning as many calories as normally and already feeling a bit pudgier than normal. May also be placebo 🤷🏽‍♂️

Hey Braxton! Hope you are well brother.

Just finished up 45 mins or so of stretching glutes, hips, lower back and hammies followed by foam rolling and lacrosse ball work. If anything I’m going to come out of this fat and flexible 🤷🏽‍♂️

Kind of jealous.

Here in Australia we have been told this is not a 1-2 month thing but we are looking at minimum 6-12 months. Only positive is that it’s coming in to winter here so I’d stay inside more anyway...

Eh, ours was previously until March 27. So, it might get extended again. There's a lot of concern for destroying the economy too though with nobody working, and more poverty. So we will see what follows ultimately. But the current plan is therapeutic medications and making more ventilators/beds available for those in need.

I'm just enjoying crap for what it is in the moment. The home workouts are a switch-up for sure. I've been doing more running than ever before. Just did 100m sprints around the track. 100m sprint, walk on the turn, sprint 100m, walk, etc. Felt great moving again like that.

I'm pretty lucky. I go to two gyms, one for a regular workout and another for boxing and my small community gym is doing "secret" meet-ups for their Crossfit and boxing groups. I don't know what I would do stuck in home all day without being able to get a workout in.

Sup Ben!!

That makes sense!

Good to switch it up. I’ll definitely be adding running in at some point. Probably along the beach.

What is up my brother. I hope you, your partner and your family are all well!

Do you think the “secret” meetups is safe?
Fortunately I am classified as “essential” so am still working 45-55 hour weeks which is keeping me busy. I do miss the gym though!

I’ve just set up the home gym thing I borrowed from my Aunty. It is basic but can load up to 100kg of weight.
I need a yoga or floor mat for stretching, rolling etc because fuck doing that on concrete

Did a random full body workout now that I have the home gym

60 skips
15 pushups
15 lat pull down
15 banded upright row
15 lat raises
Jog down driveway, sprint back up (~20m uphill)

8 sets

Felt pretty good and it was nice to break a sweat.

I’ll probably do more of these types of workouts so I increase my cardio and keep body fat decently low (otherwise I’ll get depressed)

Did an ab workout and went for a 6km run on the beach as well

I have too much time on my days off. This is week 1 of isolation and I hate it.

Rona almost got me but I'm alright now. I just got my 4 pack of resistance bands yesterday after waiting over a week due to all weight equipment practically sold out in the states.

I've been going to the public parks and doing all sorts of exercises on the playgrounds, benches, etc.

I've been skipping leg day just simply out of annoyance for not having the normal stuff I have for it and tired of making random shit work haha.

I've actually been debating flying back to my apartment in Buffalo because I have a gym with barbell and plates, rack, db's, etc. I'll see how I feel after a workout or two with the resistance bands.

Honestly this though. I now have all the free time in the world and I can't even go to the gym and waste hours there.

Next Tuesday is 2 weeks for me with being off of work and the gym. I haven't left my house since other than to go to the park at night to avoid all the kids during the day. I feel you bro.
