Say you're doing 10x10 on something

Snatch in this case


What are the pros and cons of doing a set of 10 and then waiting a longer period of time, say 10 min, before moving on to next set. As opposed to 2 or 3 min

pro: you'll def have enough juice to do the work you set out to do

10x10 of anything seems excessive. Why would one do this?

10x10 is what's known as nuclei overload training and i recommend rests of one minute and lower the weight to something you can accomplish this with

I just added cialis/viagra to my stack and I used to do this bullshit wait 10 minutes between sets. Now I do 15 seconds of rest in between. It also let's me go way longer and harder

doing 10x10 of snatches is absolutely ridiculous, even for a crossfitter.

GVT is amazing though! Resting 1-2 minutes between sets is ideal, otherwise you'll be in the gym all day long and likely not retaining a stimulus during the session.
